The total supply is more than 12 billion. The 400 tokens you receive are worth $4 in the token sale ($0.01 per VERA). This outs them at a market cap of $120M which is - if you read more of our evaluations - a really high market cap. If all ICOs we evaluate here would reach that cap they would all be in the top 100 of CoinMarketCap which would be insane. We expect the tokens not to worth as much as they expect them to be.
But the project looks super nice and they have a huge team.
