Whitepaper 
Swarm Fund connects the crypto market to real assets and old world finance. The project looks super fine with the exception that they haven't released a whitepaper, yet. But they have a lightpaper in many languages.
The only real downside is that the minimum withdraw amount is 20 SWM. With that you are forced to refer at least 2 other people in order to be able to withdraw them.
They sold in their October 2017 token sale 8.2M token for $5.5M. According to that the 10 tokens are worth around $6.7.
