Whitepaper 
No whitepaper. It is currently edited. The team is solid. Officialy 1 ETH = 2450 PRSM. This would mean you receive PRSM worth nearly 0.5 ETH which is huge. But sometimes those sounds too good to be true. On their ANN thread they talk from "only" 18M tokens. We're not sure if everything is legit with this one.
