It's an exchange. Nothing special that they don't have any whitepaper or team sections. But to be honsest we can't find the unique selling point of that exchange. Why should it be better than others? Without any whitepaper or litepaper it's hard to determine if they'll be successful.
You might now think: Well anyway free ETH. And you're right. That's why we also recommend to participate. It's not any token which might be worthless if the project fails, it's ETH which you can always use.
